Reid Ponx, PE
Facilities Engineering Manager
A registered engineer with more than 25 years of experience, Reid leads the firm’s MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) group and provides civil design support to the power team on substation and transmission line projects.
Dylan Fruchey, AIA, RA
Architecture Department Manager
With more than 4 years of experience leading projects from initial design through construction completion — coordinating with clients, overseeing drawings and specifications, and managing bidding and construction administration, all with a hands-on, communication-focused approach.
Michael T. Arnold
Electrical Engineer
With 11 years of experience, Michael manages substation design projects end to end — including physical design, relay design and settings, SCADA systems, and commissioning.
Jeff Swaisgood
Power Distribution Engineer
A 11-year member of the Encompass team with more than 25 years in power distribution, Jeff has designed hundreds of miles of line upgrades and now focuses on substation design and renewable energy collector systems.
