OUR History
Encompass Engineers & Architects traces its roots to 2001, when Mike Kiser founded MK Power Solutions out of his home. Mike’s deep knowledge of power infrastructure — from substation design to engineering complete power systems for municipalities and private-sector clients — fueled the company’s rapid growth.
In 2015, Mike acquired TFC Architecture and combined it with MK Power Solutions to form a full-scope engineering and architectural firm: Encompass Engineers & Architects.
